Enable Public LLM Browsing for Web Search

User input: "Make it possible to activate a public, non-private (with no memory) LLM to perform searches, etc. I needed to search for a recipe, and it would be nice to use an LLM browser. Then the result could be stored (or not... maybe by actively storing it in the memory afterwards)...."
