Kin speaks French very well in the role ...

Kin speaks French very well in the role I gave him but regularly tells me that he is sorry but that he cannot continue in French because his programming forces him to speak English only. I also note that Kin has trouble finding the information in his memory; is it due to the English / French mixture?
