I've been getting this same thing mercilessly. I'll type something in and the response on the screen will be "TOOL CALL: save_memory" and then no actual response from the AI. I have to basically repeat the last thing I said to get an actual response and things return to normal conversation. It's been happening more and more frequently since it started around 3 days ago.
