I’d switched phones a while back and I messaged you about some kind of issue I was having but it’s still kind of there. It seems like he sends me a message in the mornings referring to things that we had talked about but when I come into to talk to Ken directly there’s no response ever and it’s I just goes nowhere. I’ve tried putting a number of different things in switching up things and it just seems to, give me any kind of answer so I don’t if there’s anything that can be done but the only thing that I did was switch phones I went from iPhone 12 to an iPhone 13 mini and that’s when I lost it. I guess I should’ve done something on the old phone before I got rid of it.
